For our office in Amsterdam, we are currently looking for a full-time (40hrs./week) Logistics Coordinator.

岗位描述 - You will be part of our logistics project team and the first point of contact between our clients and suppliers;
- Coordinate and execute transportation orders by bridging, liaison between clients, suppliers, and consignees;
- Schedule appointments with consignees and monitor transportation planning;
- Follow-up and inform customers of booking and shipping statuses;
- Provide solutions to customers in case of unexpected events;
- Administrate bookings and prepare bills and invoices;
- Discuss and evaluate with internal project members in optimizing work processes.
工作要求 - Min. HBO (bachelor) degree in Logistics, Supply chain and/or International Business;
- Excellent in written and spoken English & Mandarin Chinese, Dutch would be a plus;
- Commercial driven and client-oriented with close attention to details;
- Proactive with very strong organization and communication skills;
- Able to prioritize and multi-task;
- Willing to learn and open to new challenges;
- Stress resistant;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially good with Excel).
