- 同学你好，请问你是新华社荷兰分社的联系人么？我是今年9月来莱顿读博士的国家公派留学生。我在国内的大学提前参加了研究生答辩后过来荷兰读博士，并将于今年12月份左右拿到毕业证。但是国内的老师告诉我现在正在进行毕业生图像采集工作（毕业生学历电子注册图象采集是由新华社组织拍摄的图象，其主要用于中国高等教育学生信息网毕业生学历电子注册，是规范高等教育证书管理，遏制贩卖假文凭的重要手段，也就是说必须要采集图片，才能拿到毕业证）。但是因为我已经在荷兰了，不能回去采集图片。学校负责人告诉我不能回校者可在其他高校或当地新华社分社补拍，请问我可以来你们分社进行图像采集么？谢谢。
